I was sent a technician named Jeff, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received, As soon as he arrived he quickly assessed the issue and immediately identified the problem. He explained everything clearly, assured me he would return with the necessary part, and kept his word by coming back the very next morning. Jeff was professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and communicated every step of the way. It was such a refreshing experience compared to the technicians I’ve had in the past. In the past I had a very bad experience with an AC company, and AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING WIZARDS have restored my belief in there being good, and honest companies out there! First, I spoke with Kevin when I called and he was so kind and genuinely cared about the issues I was having. He went out of his way to help me. When it was time for my AC checkup, Kevin sent George Jr. to do the checkup. Not only was he professional, but so very kind and courteous! He went above and beyond anything I have ever had done before with my AC checkup! He cleaned my outside unit so well that it looked brand new! I am thrilled to have found them, and they will be the only one I call in the future!
